Nine Sharks Group Limited is the legal entity behind the Nine Sharks website. Nine Sharks is its customer-facing brand.

Nine Sharks is a UK-based B2B global sourcing, procurement and international trading business. The website is intended primarily for business users and sourcing enquiries, while remaining available for ordinary browsing by legitimate visitors.

RFQ submissions
Submitting an RFQ is an enquiry. It is not an order or acceptance of an offer, does not oblige Nine Sharks to quote, source or supply, and does not create a supply contract.

Formation of future contracts

- Not misuse the RFQ system or attempt to bypass its security controls.

You retain the appropriate rights in documents you submit. You grant Nine Sharks only the limited rights reasonably needed to receive, store, review and process the enquiry, and to share relevant information with sourcing or service parties where needed to pursue it.
Intellectual property
The Nine Sharks website branding, copy, layout and original materials are protected where applicable. You may view and use the site normally for legitimate business purposes. These terms do not state that Nine Sharks is a registered trademark.
Third-party sites
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience where present. Nine Sharks does not control their content or privacy practices and is not responsible for them.
Availability and security
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website availability. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or to address misuse.
